Good Morning, Bacon and Eggs?

PLEASE NOTE these notes were posted on MySpace Feb 22, 2008

Let's talk about LOST! Good Morning. Bacon and Eggs?

THIS IS NOT MY USUAL DETAILED EPISODE POST! I WILL DETAIL THIS EPISODE IN ORDER OF ALL EPISODES.
I have NOT re-watched EGGTOWN to detail this episode yet. These are a few things that stuck out to me. Things we need to think about. I'll build upon them with my upcoming research.

Things to note…Questions to ask...

* Locke's EYE. White tee-shirt.
* Lock. Locke. Locker….
* Backgammon.
* The last 2 eggs.
* Pregnancy. Parental figures.
* 3.2 million dollars.
* Ben still pushing Locke's buttons.
* Speaking of "Ben."- Not what we think.
* Oceanic 6. Not what we think…
* Diane wants to see her grandchild.
* Diane's told she'll live 6 months, for the past 4 years.
* Island Aaron is Jack's nephew. But who's the father? Really?
* Xanadu. {Don't hate me for hating this movie}
* "This island"
* Boathouse.
* They're all making DEALS!
* Where's this damn helicopter? Charlotte and Miles don't wonder why they haven't heard from their own boat in over a day?! Come on! Call 911. WTF?
* Sharpen his simple memory skills.
* Is there a "father" with MANY children? Hmmmm.
* "Christian" Baaaa.
* Aaron.
* What's real? What's not?
* With all those houses in Other town, they take up residence in Ben and Juliet's houses. That's just too funny.
* In the courtroom we hear, the marshal died in the crash. We know that's a lie. Jack even ends the marshal's life!
* The inmates are wearing RED.
* 8. 6 survived. 1 of them would be an infant? Nope. That doesn't make sense! How do they explain an infant surviving a plane crash in the water? Unless Claire 'survived' too?
* Sun doesn't want to pick a place to live in America. Jin's looking at a map of New Mexico. She wants her baby at home. That's interesting. There's a hint to New Mexico in the fan made video.
* Grenade in Miles' mouth. Priceless!
* Democracy VS. Dictatorship.
* John's evolving. {Different John}
* Will we ever see 2 of everyone?
* Aaron's room. Pictures of topical/monkey, Picture over the dresser by the door has a 6 of spades2 robots over his bed. in it.
* The rest of the island residents…Did they choose to stay on the "island" or did they all perish during an incident?
* The hatch system/underground must be like a multi-layered Honeycomb.
* Why would Kate get to play 'mother' to this baby if she's such a bad person? Why did Kate want to leave this "island" unless she made a promise to someone. She's willing to leave. But it seems that she is willing to do that for the protection of Aaron. If that's the case, what/who would Aaron need protection from? What makes him so special?

So, if this is about a promise to care for "Island", Aaron {and not her own baby Aaron} could this promise be to Claire to take care of him for some reason? Why? Claire dies. {Not!} It could be. {I still reference the Locke vision from time to time. It comes in handy!} Maybe Claire stays on the "Island". Maybe this isn't Island Aaron. It could just be that the babies from now on will all look the same and are called Aaron! Hehehe. Ok, maybe this Aaron grows very fast, like Waaaaaalt!
* The Losties are Mainstays of the island. Thanks to the Wal -Mart reference on the bottom of Kate's coffee cup.

Vocabulary and Research...
* Xanadu, also Zanadu, (was the summer capitol of Kublai Khan's Mongol Empire, which covered much of Asia and also encroached upon Eastern Europe. The city was located in what is now called Inner Mongolia. The capital consisted of the square-shaped "Outer City", "Inner City" and the palace, where Kublai Khan stayed in summer. The palace was 550 meters square, 40% the size of the Forbidden City in Beijing. The most visible modern-day remnants are the earthen walls though there is also a (ground-level) circular brick platform in the center of the inner enclosure. -Xanadu was visited by Venetian explorer Marco Polo in 1275; it became fabled as a metaphor for opulence.
-Xanadu is home to the comic strip character Mandrake the Magician, created by Lee Falk, believed by some to have been the first bona fide superhero.
-Xanadu is also one of the names given to The Beast in the novel The Beast House by horror writer Richard Laymon. The same beast is also referenced in The Midnight Tour, The Cellar, and, Friday Night in the Beast House.
-Xanadu is the name of a very reflective region on the surface of Saturn's largest moon, Titan.
-The song "Welcome to the Pleasure dome" by Frankie Goes to Hollywood is based on the Coleridge poem.
-In the popular zoo simulation franchise Zoo Tycoon, it is used as a cheat code.
-The 1980 musical film Xanadu is considered a cult film. Yuk!
-It is the name of Charles Foster Kane's Mansion in the Classic Movie Citizen Kane.

Let's have some FUN! JUST FOR THE SAKE OF FUN!
Because it's friggin Friday, it's been a long ass week and I need to think happy thoughts!

Let's put on our science fiction hats...

Imagine...
Let's go back to the days of a great sci-fi comic book, or even an awesome Stephen King story. An epic sci-fi story of good vs. evil. Throw in some major players with lots of money and tons of power. Let's toss in a 'few' of the clues we've come across over the past 3 years; Mysterious, hidden 'island', time/space travel, confinement, drugs/medication, DNA, fertility, genetics, bugs, life extension, deep freeze, livestock, hatch, war, etc. Let's say there is a superior being who is the Mac daddy of the 'island' and they're creating/breeding people with this 'being.' Maybe it's to continue the magical DNA of the 'island' or they're giving us mutant people with super powers? Either way, they all travel anywhere and to anytime they want with their twin robot counter parts, because the 'island' is really a huge space ship! Oooo, Aaaah!

Now roll all that up into one neat package, tie it up in a pretty bow, and call it Cloverfield.

Now wasn't that a fun use of imagination?!

Yeah, I know...Santa Rosa.

Well, until I detail this episode I figured we needed a fun start to the weekend.

All funning aside... This "Island" and its "inhabitants" must go back through the centuries, with root's that go very, very deep. Just like the ancients, they too need to defend their land.

A scripted lie, if told over enough, will be believed. Maybe we're the one's being lied to.

Love to all who are "LOST"™

Disclaimer: I never claim to know everything about the show and my thoughts by no means make me right! The things I share here are my views and/or opinions. I don't claim to catch every single detail either! You all know I hate spoilers and I stand clear of reading certain sites as to not take me off my own course of research. The one thing I don't need to do here is rehash all of the obvious clues from an episode, we all know what they are. Understood? Good! Let the fun begin! I'll only note things that I know come up as clues later, but need to be noted when they first show up and things I find that will be of importance. It will get very exciting as we progress into the story.
